Pixaya mobile allows you to create and manage your own SMS and WAP services. With a pixaya mobile account you will receive a WAP site that you can customise with your company logo, information and services.
A WAP site is simply a website for mobile phones. Your customers will access your WAP site by requesting the web link for their mobile phone by sending an SMS message to our short code number. So for example your customers would text YOURNAME to 60999, and they would get back the web link to your WAP site.
On your WAP site you can have your contact and company details as well as the information, pictures and videos of the services you offer that the customer can download to their mobile phone.
One of the key features of the pixaya mobile system is that you will be able to see which of the services have most interest by reviewing the customer statistics. The statistics show which customers have been viewing which pages at what time. Along with the statistics, you will also have a database of all your customers that have requested your WAP site, which will include their phone number and network.
As well as the WAP site the pixaya mobile system allows you to set up SMS services too, which allow you to run simple SMS offers. For example a nightclub could offer a free drink to customers that text DRINKS to 60999. You can also advertise to all your customers any new products or services you want them to know about by bulk messaging them with an SMS message, direct to their mobile phone.
With both your WAP site or any of the SMS services you can either choose to offer them as free or pay per use services. For each request you can charge 0p up to £5 per request*.
